Grand Island Man Arrested Following Fatality Accident Investigation

In relation to the fatality accident that occurred on Nov. 16, 2023, The Hall County Sheriff's Office has completed its investigation. On Nov. 30, 2023 a warrant was issued for QUENTIN SCROGGIN, 19, of Grand Island, NE. That same day SCROGGIN was located and arrested by Hall County Sheriff Deputies. SCROGGIN was transported to the Hall County Detention Center where he was booked in on the below charges: 

-Motor Vehicle Homicide-DUI 28-306(3)(B) FEL 2A -DUI-cause serious bodily injury 60-6,198 FEL 3A -DUI-cause serious bodily injury 60-6,198 FEL 3A -DUI-.08 blood-1st offense 60-6,196 MIS W -Willful reckless driving-1st offense MIS III
